We aim to review your specifications and upload your personalised quote to your account within 24 hours (Monday to Friday). For exceptionally complex or multi-stage projects, our production team may reach out to discuss your options before finalising the pricing.
What is the turnaround time for a bespoke print order?
Because every custom project has unique manufacturing requirements, turnaround times vary depending on the complexity of your finishes. We will include an estimated production timeline within your personalised quote so you know exactly what to expect before you order.
How long is my bespoke quote valid for?
Your personalised quote is locked in and guaranteed for 30 days from the date it appears in your account. This gives you plenty of time to review the details and finalise your designs at the promised price. If your quote expires before you are ready to order, simply get in touch and our team will refresh the pricing for you.
What file formats do you accept for custom artwork?
Please submit your artwork as a print-ready PDF. For advanced finishes like die-cutting, embossing, or foil stamping, your files should include clearly marked vector paths on separate layers. Don't worry if you're unsure, our production team actively reviews every single file before it goes to press to make sure everything is set up correctly.
Do you have a minimum order quantity (MOQ) for bespoke projects?
Because custom setups for techniques like foil stamping and die-cutting require dedicated machine calibration, we do have minimum entry points depending on the process. However, we work flexibly to accommodate both exclusive, small-run and large-scale projects.
Can you handle direct fulfillment to multiple retail stores or venues?
Yes. We can split your final production run across multiple addresses or assemble custom campaign kits to be shipped directly to individual stores or clients. Simply specify your distribution requirements when requesting your quote.
