How long does charity account approval take?
Charity registrations are usually reviewed and approved within 24 hours during standard working hours (Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm).
Once approved, your charity account will automatically receive discounted pricing when logged in.

Is charity printing VAT free?

Do I need to confirm charity VAT eligibility when ordering print?
